Preplanning

A successful project is a direct result of good planning, communication and execution. Construction management begins in the Preplanning stage which is long before physical construction. During this stage we develop all the necessary communication and planning tools which are utilized for the entire project. The main focus is defining the work to be done and developing the Schedule, Budget, Plans and Specifications.

Construction stage

During the construction stage, all of the tools built in the preplanning stage are implemented and ensure seamless communication between the site and the office. This includes overseeing and reporting on the schedule, budget, administration, construction quality, change orders and safety.
